In-Store And Online Returns: if for any reason you’re not satisfied with an instore purchase of any regular price, non-custom item just return it within 14 days of the original purchase. Past 14 days, up to 30 days from original purchase date, we will allow an exchange or issue a store credit. Special Order and Final Sale items are not returnable; exchange or store credit only.

*Special Order items are defined as any custom made item, any altered item or item out of stock at the time of the order. Customers will be contacted and informed of an item’s Special Order status prior to order processing.
**Item must be in original condition; not worn, sized or altered in any way and in original packaging. Engraved items are Not Refundable. Loose diamonds must be accompanied by the original laboratory grading report or a $150 charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.

Fabri offers interest free layaway. With a 20% deposit we will hold your selection for up to 6 months. All we ask is 5 equal monthly payments.

This means no interest if paid in full during the same-as-cash period. For interest accruing plans, interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the balance is not paid in full within the same-as-cash period.
